Our postage and handling charge is for 'Regular Parcel' delivery by Australia Post
for both local and overseas orders.

We appreciate your business and hope you will be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. However, should you need to return any item, the requirements below apply:
You may return any items purchased at www.jaggededge.com.au within 14 days of the original delivery if the wrong item was despatched or if the item was faulty. Please note that all items are wrapped in padded material to protect them from damage during delivery.
We will refund you for the cost of delivery if the product that was originally delivered was incorrect, faulty or broken. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.
Please also refer to the section below relating to the the 'Return Material Authorisation' (RMA).
We are happy to exchange items for an item of equal or greater value from our range if you are not happy with your selection. We will not refund the purchase price of reason of poor selection on your part. Exchanges can only be made if the items are in excellent condition and have not been used.
We will not refund you for the cost of delivery if you wish to exchange the item for such returns. You will also be required to pay for the delivery of your new selection.
Subject to availability of your new selection, we will despatch the new item within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Click

If a credit is required, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If a replacement item has been agreed to, this will be despatched within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
